• Unit: Likely inpatient rehab or step-down (PCU/Critical Care preferred)
• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Supervision of LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
  • Full participation in interdisciplinary rehab team
  • Focus on:
    • Patient safety (10-Foot Circle of Safety concept)
    • Patient education discharge planning
    • Timely assessments, documentation, and communication
    • Leading and supporting ancillary staff
  • Must be willing to assume charge nurse duties if requested

• Licensure: Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Certifications:
  • BLS - Required
  • ACLS - Required
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of bedside clinical experience (required)
  • PCU/Critical Care experience - Highly desired
