Summary:
Performs select pharmacist duties as a student under the supervision of a precepting pharmacist.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify potential and actual drug related problems.
• Compounds medications for retail sales and/or delivery to patient care areas.
• Provides drug information and education to patients.
• Communicates with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy and in good standing.
• State Intern licensure.

Job Summary:

Requirements:
. Associate's degree in Physical Therapy program.
. State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
. Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, principles, and practices.
. Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform repetitive tasks.
. Ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients with physical activities.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Master's (min) degree in the field of Speech Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice Speech Language Pathology in state of occupancy
• Current valid BLS CPR card
